Totally new experience which is you can't find from any others place.

I was promised by Headout that I would receive my tickets to the Wonderfood Museum in Penang within 30 minutes from the time of purchase. However, I only received it an hour after I purchased my tickets. As I couldn't wait any longer, I had to purchase tickets at the venue and emailed Headout to request for a refund. I still have not received a response from Headout regarding my refund after 5 days. This service is unacceptable and disappointing.
